Two days of collaborative, facilitated work sessions to address four pressing themes in autism and suicide prevention research. The schedule builds in many breaks for extra processing time and rest so everyone can fully participate.

- What is a warning sign? – sharing feedback on a draft definition of warning signs
- Key research priorities for how suicidal ideology manifests in autistic individuals – prioritizing research topics, writing research questions, and designing autism-affirming research collaborations

Activities:
- Exploring a shared framework of autism-affirming protective factors of suicide – testing and defining three broad categories of protective factors (connection, validation, and purpose) with scenarios

Activities:
- Imagining Autism-Affirming Collaborations – brainstorm what a productive, collaborative patient-centered CER research project looks like
- Make Your Own Grant Proposal – create project ideas for pursuing real-life grant opportunities to further the community research agenda

Breakout 4: Infrastructure for disseminating resources

- Foundations for Successful Distribution – creating a clear plan for ensuring autism and suicide resources are distributed to those who can most benefit from them
- Mapping the Distribution Network – who do we have in our network, and what can we do to reach important people that we haven’t reached
- Personal Next Steps for Action – making personal commitments to build partnerships, with strategies and deadlines
